Welcome to Green Routine ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application Green Routine ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Description of Service
- Green Routine is a plant care and plant management application designed to help users:
- Identify plants and receive care information
- Set and manage watering schedules and reminders
- Track plant growth and health status
- Receive seasonal plant care tips and recommendations
- Organize and manage personal plant collections
- All features are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- User Accounts
- To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Update your information as needed to keep it accurate
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
- User Conduct
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code into the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Green Routine or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use any content from the App for commercial purposes without proper authorization
- In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- The App may offer certain features, premium content, or subscriptions for purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds: All payments are final and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
- We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new fees at any time with prior notice.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided through the App.
- We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- All plant care recommendations provided by the App will be accurate or suitable for your specific plants or environment
- Any results obtained from using the App will meet your expectations
- You are solely responsible for the care of your plants and should use your own judgment when following any recommendations provided by the App.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Routine and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or plant-related information
- Damage to or loss of plants due to reliance on App recommendations
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to the App
- This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
- Third-Party Links and Services
- The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and policies.
- Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or our business.
- Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will immediately cease
- Any outstanding fees or charges remain payable
- You may lose access to your account and any data stored within the App
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Routine and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
- Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Routine regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
